Available stock, grades and sizes
We carry deep in the sizes Tucson actually uses and can source almost anything else with a little lead time.
The workhorse is the 48×40 GMA pallet — the North American standard for grocery, retail and general freight. We keep it stacked in every grade. Beyond that we stock and source 42×42, 48×48, square and half-size footprints, plus custom builds when a job needs an exact fit. See the full size chart for dimensions.
How grades work here
- Grade A (premium) — near-new, no repairs or one flush repair, clean deck, tight fasteners. Best for shipping to customers and automated lines.
- Grade B (standard) — sound and reliable with visible repairs or plugged boards. The value pick for in-house and everyday freight.
- Grade C (economy) — structurally usable, more repairs, cosmetic wear. Great for one-way shipments, staging and DIY.
New to grading? The grades explained guide walks through exactly what separates an A from a B, and heat treatment & ISPM-15 covers what you need if you're exporting.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy a full truckload?
No. We sell as few as one pallet at will-call and scale all the way to contract truckloads. Per-pallet pricing simply improves as the count goes up.
Can I pick pallets up myself?
Yes — will-call at 7225 S Kolb Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756 during yard hours. Bring a truck or trailer; we band and stage your order and forklift-load bulk quantities.
What's the difference between recycled and new pallets?
Recycled pallets are reclaimed and repaired to a set grade at a lower price and lower footprint. New and custom pallets are built to an exact spec when you need consistent dimensions or heat treatment. See the recycled and new-and-custom product pages.
Are your pallets heat treated for export?
We stock and can build ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for international shipping. Note it on your quote and we'll confirm compliant stock. See our heat treatment and ISPM-15 page for details.
How fast can I get pallets?
In-stock standard sizes are usually same or next business day at will-call, with local delivery typically in 1–3 business days. Custom and large contract orders get a confirmed lead time on the quote.
What's deep on the yard right now
We stock to Tucson demand, which means the everyday sizes are almost always on hand and the specialty ones carry a short, predictable lead time.
| Footprint | Typical availability | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 48×40 GMA | In stock daily, all grades | Grocery, retail, general freight |
| 48×48 | Usually in stock | Drums, chemicals, heavy loads |
| 42×42 | Often in stock | Telecom, paint, beverage |
| Square & half-size | Short lead time | Display, retail floor, staging |
| Custom / off-size | Built to spec on lead time | Machinery, export, tight fits |
Whatever isn't on the ground today we can usually source or build within the week. If you run a repeating size, ask about a standing reserve so your stock is always staged before you need it. See the full size chart for exact dimensions.
Two ways to take your pallets
Both get you the same graded stock — the difference is who drives and how the cost lands.
| Will-call | Delivery | |
|---|---|---|
| Who drives | You bring a truck or trailer | Our flatbed or box truck |
| Cost | Lowest — no freight | Quoted by mileage from 85756 |
| Speed | Same or next business day | Typically 1–3 business days |
| Best for | Small counts, close-by, own truck | Bulk, no forklift, no truck |
Will-call is at 7225 S Kolb Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756 during yard hours — we band and stage your order and forklift-load bulk quantities. Delivery rides our own fleet, not a broker's, so timing is dependable.
Which pallet fits your operation
Grocery & food distribution
Grade A or B 48×40 GMA for clean, consistent handling on automated lines and customer-facing shipments.
Manufacturing & industrial
48×48 and custom builds rated for heavy or awkward loads — drums, machinery, parts — where footprint and strength matter more than cosmetics.
Export & cross-border
ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for international and Nogales freight that has to clear phytosanitary rules.
One-way & staging
Economy Grade C for shipments that won't come back, plus staging, display and DIY uses where price beats perfection.
Ordering & delivery questions
Can I set up a standing supply order?
Yes. If you run a repeating size and grade, we'll reserve stock and set a regular delivery cadence so it's always staged before you need it. Contract volumes get their own pricing.
How is delivery priced?
By mileage from ZIP 85756 and the volume moved. Bulk orders palletize for a fast forklift transfer, which keeps freight efficient. Will-call carries no freight cost at all.
What if I need a size you don't stock?
We source or build almost any footprint on a short lead time, usually within the week. Custom and off-size orders get a confirmed lead time on the quote.
Can I mix grades in one order?
Absolutely. Many customers take Grade A for outbound customer shipments and Grade C for internal staging in the same load. Just note the split on your quote.
Do you deliver to Phoenix or Nogales?
Yes — our fleet runs the I-10 Phoenix corridor and the I-19 Nogales region for larger and contract loads. Load consolidation often makes those lanes pencil out.
