Getting here

Directions to 7225 S Kolb Rd

The yard sits on South Kolb Road on Tucson's southeast side, an easy run from I-10 and the airport. Here's how to find the gate.

We're on South Kolb Road south of Valencia, in the industrial corridor near Tucson International Airport. If you know the area, we're a short hop from the I-10 / Valencia interchange and the warehouses along the south side.

  • From I-10: take the Valencia Road exit, head east to Kolb Rd, then turn south on Kolb. The yard is along the 7200 block on the right.
  • From Tucson International Airport:head east on Valencia to Kolb, then south — you're only a few minutes out.
  • From central Tucson: take Kolb Rd straight south past Valencia into the industrial stretch.

Landmarks to watch for: the airport to the west, the Valencia industrial parks, and the row of freight and warehouse operations that make Kolb a natural home for a pallet yard. Look for the staged pallet stacks and the trucks near the gate — that's us.

What to put in your message

ONE EMAIL DOES IT

The more detail you send the first time, the tighter the answer we can send back — and the fewer rounds of email it takes. For a pallet quote or pickup, include:

  • Direction — are you buying from us, or selling/recycling to us?
  • Size — 48×40 GMA is standard; give length × width for anything else.
  • Quantity — even a rough count helps us plan trucks.
  • Grade — A, B, C, or “not sure” is fine.
  • Location — your ZIP or cross streets for pickup or delivery mileage.
  • Photos — a quick shot of the stack tells us more than a paragraph.

Ready to send it? The quote form routes to the same crew and walks you through every field.

Reaching us

Best times, and our service area

When to reach us

Email and the form land in our inbox around the clock — a real person replies within one business day. If you want to catch the yard active for a same-day visit or a fast turnaround, weekday mornings (right after the 7am open) and Saturday mornings are the sweet spot, before the trucks are fully out on routes. We don't run a phone line by design — it keeps our overhead, and your prices, low.

Where we go

We retrieve, deliver, and buy back across the Tucson metro and Southern Arizona, including:

  • South Tucson & the airport / Valencia industrial corridor
  • Downtown, central, and east-side Tucson
  • Marana, Oro Valley, and the northwest
  • Vail, Sahuarita, and Green Valley to the south
  • Surrounding Pima County job sites and warehouses

Outside the metro? Send your location anyway — for the right load we'll work out the haul.

Visiting & pickup FAQ

Can I just drop by the yard, or should I email first?

You're welcome to drop by during hours — Monday–Friday 7am–5pm or Saturday 8am–12pm. For a specific quantity, grade, or a large load, a quick email first (info@ecopalletstucson.com) lets us have stock staged and ready when you arrive.

Do you pick up pallets, or do I have to bring them?

Both. We run our own box trucks and flatbeds for scheduled retrievals, one-time cleanouts, and route pickups across the metro — or you can drop off at the yard during hours. Email us your location and count to set it up.

Why isn't there a phone number?

By design. Email and the form reach the yard directly and keep a record of counts, photos, and scheduling. Skipping a phone bank keeps our overhead — and your prices — low, and we still reply within one business day.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day. Every email and form submission is read by a real person on the crew, not an auto-responder.
