Five pallet services. One circular loop.
EcoPallet Tucson buys, sells, recycles, removes and hauls wooden pallets from one working yard on South Kolb Road. Every service feeds the next — that's what makes it a loop, not a landfill.

How the five services fit together
A pallet rarely needs just one thing. Most Tucson customers touch two or three of these services in a single relationship — and that's by design.
Think of a pallet's life as a circle rather than a straight line. A load of empties leaves your dock through removal or is sold to us. It rides one of our trucks back to the yard on logistics. There it's sorted: strong pallets are graded and go back out through buying, tired ones hit the repair bench, and only the truly finished ones enter recycling to become mulch or biomass. Then the cycle starts again. That closed loop is why nothing we handle ends up in a Southern Arizona landfill.

Where a single pallet goes — start to start
The five services aren't a menu of unrelated jobs. They're five stations on one conveyor that a pallet rides again and again until the wood is truly finished.
Follow one 48×40 GMA pallet through a full turn of the loop. It arrives at a Tucson warehouse under a load of inbound freight. Once emptied, it becomes a liability — dock clutter, a fire-lane risk, a hauling line item. That's where removal or a buy steps in and the pallet leaves the dock. Our logisticsfleet carries it back to South Kolb Road, often on a truck that just dropped a delivery nearby, so the return leg isn't wasted.
At the yard the pallet hits the sort line. If it's sound, it's graded and stacked to be sold again within days. If it's tired but repairable, it goes to the bench for new deck boards and reset fasteners, then re-enters stock a grade lower. If it's beyond repair, recycling dismantles it for salvage lumber that builds combo pallets — and only the last splinters become mulch or biomass. Every one of those outcomes puts the wood back to work. None of them ends in a landfill. That is the entire point of running the services as one connected system instead of five disconnected trucks.
Which service does what
A quick side-by-side so you can match your situation to the right starting point.
| Service | You have / need | Money direction | Typical cadence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buy Pallets | Need stock to ship on | You pay us | One-off or standing supply |
| Sell Pallets | Reusable cores piling up | We pay you | One-off or recurring loads |
| Recycling | Broken / mixed breakage | Low-cost or offset | On-demand or scheduled |
| Removal | Docks that must stay clear | Pay-you, free, or low fee | On-call or recurring route |
| Logistics | Wood that needs moving | You pay by lane | Per haul or consolidated |
Most customers combine two or three rows — a recurring removal route that also pays them for the good cores, plus a standing buy order for the sizes they ship. One crew, one point of contact, one invoice cycle.
Each service, by the kind of operation it fits
Warehouses & distribution
High inbound volume means constant empties and constant breakage. Pair recurring removal with recycling and the dock stays clear without a single internal labor hour spent on pallets.
Retail & grocery
Back rooms fill with mixed, tired stock and no space to store it. Scheduled removal keeps receiving areas safe and inspection-ready every day.
Manufacturers
Steady outbound freight needs consistent, graded stock to ship on. A standing buy order plus a sell arrangement for your odd inbound cores closes the loop on your own floor.
Cross-border & produce shippers
Nogales freight often needs ISPM-15 heat-treated stock and reliable lane coverage. Our logistics fleet runs the I-19 corridor and can supply compliant pallets to match.
Where the loop runs
Everything operates out of one working yard at 7225 S Kolb Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756, and radiates outward along three corridors:
- Tucson metro — Downtown, the airport and the Kolb/Valencia industrial corridor, plus Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita and Vail. Same-week service on most routes.
- Phoenix corridor — up the I-10 through Casa Grande into the greater Phoenix metro, best suited to larger and contract loads.
- Nogales border region — down the I-19 to Green Valley, Rio Rico and Nogales, serving cross-border produce and freight shippers.
Outside those lines? Ask anyway — for contract volumes we run farther, and load consolidation often makes a longer haul pencil out.

Services — common questions
Can I use more than one service at once?
That's the design. Most customers combine two or three — a recurring removal route that also pays for good cores, plus a standing buy order for the sizes they ship. One crew and one point of contact handle the whole relationship.
Do I have to know which service I need?
No. Describe your situation — sizes, counts, location, one-off or ongoing — and we route it to the right service or combination. If it's simpler to buy your load than to charge you for removal, we'll tell you.
Is there a phone number?
We run by email and the quote form so every request is tracked with photos and counts attached. Send the details to info@ecopalletstucson.com or through the quote form and we typically reply within one business day.
What sizes and grades do you work with?
Standard 48×40 GMA is the workhorse across every service, in A, B and C grades, plus off-size and custom footprints. See the size chart and grades guide for the full breakdown.
How do I see the environmental result?
Every load you buy, sell, recycle or have removed is logged in the Second-Life Ledger, where you can see the wood kept in circulation and out of Southern Arizona landfills.
Ready to turn pallets into value?
Whether you have 5 pallets or 5,000, tell us what you need and we'll sort it — buy, sell, recycle or haul.
